At Sandra Carmichael Interiors in Haywards Heath, we can provide a design package that reflects who you are, what your budget is and how involved you want to be in that project. And even if you’re not sure, we offer a FREE 30-minute project scoping consultation where the details can be ironed out.

FULL DESIGN SERVICE - WHOLE HOME OR INDIVIDUAL ROOMS

This service includes full project coordination and you can be involved as much or as little as you’d like to be.

This service includes a meeting at the property to understand the scope of the project. We discuss how you and your family spend time in the property and how you want the design to look and feel. We will discuss budget at this stage of the process. A fee proposal will follow.

PROJECT BRIEFING

This is the stage of the process where we agree the scope of work, spatial requirements, stylistic preferences, approximate budget and timescales. This involves a site visit and a meet and greet.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

All agreed design concepts are finalised and put into a format for the purpose of securing tradespeople. These include structural design changes, elevation drawings, lighting plans and schedule of work lists. At this stage of the process, FF&E schedules will also be produced as well as a finalised list of items that will need to be procured.

DESIGN CONCEPT

This is the stage of the process where we agree the scope of work, spatial requirements, stylistic preferences, approximate budget and timescales. This involves a site visit and a meet and greet.

SOURCING & PROCUREMENT

Our procurement process is fully transparent. We have an ever-growing list of reliable and creative suppliers.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We can recommend trusted builders or assist with builders you’ve sourced. We can assist with obtaining quotes and talk through all the design details with the builders on site and supply them with technical drawings to assist with building quotes. We will visit the site regularly to ensure quality progress.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT

Despite you paying for the building services directly, we will manage the design concept during the building work to ensure quality control and project coordination.

STYLING

The styling stage. Incorporating finishing touches and accessories is an essential stage to ensure the project is completed to perfection. A photographer will take pictures of the project for our portfolio. These photographs will be passed onto you as a thank you gift, perfect for showing your new space to your friends and family.

DESIGN CONCEPT PACKAGE - £520

We can can help you achieve a beautiful space from anywhere in the UK! This package is ideal if you have moved into a New Build, you obviously wouldn’t want to rip up the new flooring, but you may want to make the house feel like your home. Or you may like the idea of getting stuck into some DIY in your doer upper or you simply would like a good old refresh but you are not sure where to begin.

This will give you a taster of having your space designed professionally. This service include Design Briefing(s) and implementation advice. You will receive a clickable shopping list, a recording of the design thinking and we will also collaborate via video chat to transform your space and you’ll receive a bespoke item options based on the discussions.

DESIGN CONCEPT PACKAGE PRESENTATION INCLUDES:

A mood board (3 amendments)
Furniture recommendations
Soft furnishings recommendations
Window dressing advice and recommendations
Paint and wallpaper options
A shopping list and spec sheet with links to specified products
Samples of suggested materials (where possible)

*Includes flooring options and décor items for the room if required
*You will provide all measurements and dimensions of the space

* Does not include installation

PROPERTY STAGING

Whether you are looking to stage an entire property, just a room or simply add a few choice pieces we can help.

This is how it works. All you need to do is get in touch with us and we will arrange a call to discuss your needs. We will visit the property to understand the requirements and room dimensions. We will arrange the staging furniture delivery and staging furniture removal and we will style each room to perfection of course. Items can be rented for a minimum of six weeks and can be rented for as long as you need them. Payment is required before the items arrive and will be billed either weekly or monthly on the same day therefore depending on your requirements.

Prices are dependent on the size of the property and the number of required items.

We work with individuals, landlords, developers and agents. We assist with rental and sales properties
